By accessing and using Wee Brains, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Wee Brains provides free educational games designed for children ages 5-12. Our games teach through interactive learning experiences.

3. Session-Based Profiles

Children can create optional profiles to track their progress. Profile data (name, avatar, favorite color, and game progress) is temporarily stored on our secure servers for 30 days to enhance the experience. Only a session ID is stored in your browser. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of Wee Brains.

4. Content Usage

All educational content, games, and materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify our content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wee Brains is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service. Educational content is for learning purposes and may not be 100% accurate in all cases.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Wee Brains after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
